These multi award winning, organic beans are from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili cacao grows in small-scale agroforestry and is intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn and other crops. This production system is an ecological alternative for monoculture plantations and helps to preserve biodiversity. It has a rounded profile, some acidity, notes of red fruits and surprising floral notes with a complementary dry, nutty undertone and a chocolaty finish.. We add our hand made sea salted caramel for a big dollop of extra indulgence. One of our perennial favourites.
