40% Tanzanian Milk Chocolate with Toasted Macadamia Nuts

This is the lastest in our line of milk bars using Tanzanian beans. These multi award winning, organic beans are from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili cacao grows in small-scale agroforestry and is intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn and other crops. This production system is an ecological alternative for monoculture plantations and helps to preserve biodiversity.  It has a rounded profile, some acidity, notes of red fruits and surprising floral notes  with a complementary dry, nutty undertone and a chocolaty finish. We add  freshly roasted nibbed macadamia nuts into the bar
