A milk chocolate with a high cocoa content. The beans are grown on the Mekong delta and are traceable and sustainably grown. It has flavours of toffee, coffee and milk with a lasting finish. These flavours are brought out even more by the addition of sea salt from Maldon, Essex.
Ingredients: 45% couverture chocolate (sugar, WHOLE MILK POWDER, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, natural vanilla flavouring), sea salt.
