These multi award-winning beans come from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. The cacao grows in the Kilombero Valley, a 15 hour ride from Dar-es- Salaam. The cacao grows in small-scale agroforestry and is intercropped with shade trees, and other crops. The chocolate has a rounded profile and suits floral or herb-like flavours. During the grinding process we add cocoa butter infused overnight with fresh garden mint and mint oil for a fresh, subtle taste
