Ecuadorian native Nacional organic cacao varieties grow on the hills of Santo domingo de las Tsachilas, a tropical area 3 hours east of Quito, at the Cedeño Aguilar family farm. Their passion and care for cacao is reflected in an astonishing profile with intense floral notes and tropics fruits and mellow chocolaty taste. This is a very high cocoa percentage for a milk chocolate and we add both orange oil and freeze dried orange to bring out the citrus notes.
