We've used two different origins to make this chocolate. One from Tanzania and one from Madagascar. The result is a robust blend with deep chocolatey notes. In this particular bar we've taken plump and juicy black flame raisins from Chile and steep them overnight in rum from Barbados. These are then added into the body of the bar
