This is an intense dark chocolate bar made from beans grown in the Sambirano region of Madagascar. The beans are collected from smallholder producers who grow, ferment and dry their own cacao. Historically, Madagascan farmers have used no agrochemicals on their plantations and continue to apply traditional farming methods to grow their crops. Made with just three ingredients it has bright, fruity notes and a well-balanced, chocolate undertone. The grinding process lasts 36 hours during which molasses are added, giving a full-bodied, deep and distinctive flavour
