Bean to Bar
Made from beans from around the world with the highest ethical and sustainable standards. The farmers receive far more for the cacao they grow than the world farm gate price thereby allowing their communities to prosper.
Initially we have to test the beans in small batches for their taste and quality. After then receiving the sacks of beans we hand sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, temper and mould the chocolate before finally wrapping the bars. It's not an easy or quick process but we think the results are worth it.
