A dark milk chocolate using Trinitario beans that are traceable and sustainably grown in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. The chocolate has flavours of toffee, coffee and milk with a lasting finish. We add gently roasted nibbed pistachios and orghanic cinnamon from Sri Lanka.
