55% Guatamalan Malted Milk Chocolate

These organic beans are produced by FEDECOVERA, a federation of small farmer co-operatives in Baja and Alta Verapaz in the north of Guatamala. Many of the farmers are of Mayan origin. The chocolate has very little bitterness or acidity buthas  a strong cocoa flavour with rich notes of red fruits. This is a milk chocolate with a very high percentage of cocoa. As well as whole milk powder we also add malted barley to give the bar a distinctive, malty taste.
