64% Dark Chocolate Blend with Sour Cherry & Roasted Cashew

A well balanced bitter-sweet dark chocolate made with a blend of beans primarily from South America and Africa. It has a roasted, lingering deep chocolate flavour with warm spice notes . We add roasted, nibbed cashews and pieces of sour Morello cherries.
