This is our first bean to bar chocolate that blends beans from different origins. We paired the deep, chocolatey flavours of beans from the Duarte region of The Dominican Republic with lighter, fruity notes from Madagascan beans from the Sambirano valley. The cocoa butter used in the making of the chocolate was gently infused with crushed pink peppercorns to give a subtle but distinct peppery note to the finished bar.
