78% Madagascan Dark chocolate with Molasses

A stone-ground bitter 78% chocolate bar made from beans grown in Tsarafandray, a cacao cooperative  in the Sambirano region of Madagascar. Tsarafandray cacao grows on the lower slopes of the mountain area, and is organic certified; no pesticides and only natural fertilizers are used in its production. Made with just three ingredients – cocoa beans, cocoa butter and mollasses.  It has a smooth texture with flavours of cherries and berries and a well balanced
chocolaty undertone and fresh hints of citrus in the  slightly acidic aftertaste. The grinding process lasts 36 hours during which molasses are added, giving a full-bodied, deep and distinctive flavour
